Hi, I'm new and a beginner. I bought a Zipp Nano from Costco about 5 years ago and took it out of the box 6 months ago. It won't charge. I could take it back to Costco but I'd like to get it working if possible. Propel seems to have closed it's doors? Is there a way to get support?
Are there any tricks I can use to wake this thing up? Has this happened to anyone else?
