I din't understand from where can i get the ground wire to connect next to the signal one on the fcb (the black one next to the white one)

So i have to power my fcb by the bec, and connect the signal wire of my esc to the fcb with the ground and the power of the bec?

And how can i power the control board? Can i use the same ground wire from the battery for all the ESCs?

What is a bec?
