It is in use now on a much bigger scale, but of course your friends in the government are at the stick. o_O

Line of sight is line of sight. Basicly if you can't see it anymore, you're breaking the rules. Most FPV flyers are out of sight from the launch area.

That is the perfect way to shut down the aerial hobbyist. There are enough restrictions on the hobby as it is. Someone always has to take it too far. :mad:
