Hi Jackson, yes it can be hard to see the differences if you don't know what you're looking for I guess. In the images you posted the most noticeable difference is that the clone is missing ESD protection (Circled):
The more noticeable differences & concerning changes from original schematic...
You could also use the photo I posted of the genuine CC3D to help you find a source of CC3D's with correct components, placement & design, directly from China, shipping to you will take a bit longer but you will be able to make a higher profit for yourself as well as supply your fellow hobbyists...

From your photos it is obvious that they are non standard poor quality clones (ie; not correct/original design, placement of & components used), as can be seen if you compare your CC3D's to the genuine OpenPilot...
