Thanks for the info. You're right - I was looking at the hover flight time, the mixed flight time is 12.6 min with a 5000mah battery. but I could get a 8000 or 10000 mah battery instead? I'm new to this so just looking for input/recommendations on my build plan. full build plan; Frame: s500...

I'm just starting to buy components to build my first quad. So far I have an S500 frame, and I just picked up some SunnySky 2412S 980kv motors. I've thrown all the specs into ecalc and I think its looking OK? I'm not sure if I should go 3s or 4s? If I go to 4s with the 10" prop the motors...
