Yeah, smooth might have been a poor chosen word. It's more about making the video look less jumpy, but it compromises the flying characteristics. Makes sense?

It flies just fine outside. From my experience with programming multicopters, it seems like they have decreased the P-gain. The reason why they would do that is probably to make the video from the quadcopter appear more smooth.

Hello! This is my review of the X8 quadcopter from Gearbest. I was very happy with the performance of this small quad. And the fact that a camera is included (even with a 4GB microSD) is great! Tell me what you think about the review please.
