I've not had this happen, but it sounds like a bad motor could cause this. If the motor has a short circuit in it, or on the circuit board, a large current draw could occur causing the flight board to go into protection mode and shut down. If I read correctly, you replaced the motors. Check all...

Not listed on the site, but it does have extra props. Not sure how many though. As for the motors, they're the same as the Syma X8C. Readily available. I'll let you know exactly what comes in the box as soon as I get it. Probably not for another couple of weeks.

Here's the video of that 13 minute flight. The entire thing is 16 minutes of me fighting a strong wind. Back and forth. To and fro :) I thought it was a decent practice for me. At least there's some 1/2 way decent music in the background. LOL
