You've all been so helpful through this process and I just wanted to say thanks and share my first experience with you. It was super windy but I've been trying to wait out the wind for days. I couldn't wait any longer. LOL

LOL I just kept pressing the transmitter and receiver buttons over and over after already hitting it a few dozen times. It just locked in where it wanted to be. Then I hit it with a 12lb sledge. :)

I just got it to work. Out of frustration I just started hitting stuff and one thing lead to another and it found it. LOL Thank you!

I bought this setup and can't get video to the screen. I'm a bit lost. I got the receiver you recommened for it the 8ch Boscam receiver and I just can't get it to work.

so my new issue seems to be I can't get a signal to my goggles. I must be missing something. I'm going to keep messing with it but if you think of anything i'd love to hear from you. LOL

I'm going to need a nice backup of props. What do you guys consider good bang for the buck when it comes to ordering more?

I've got it working now. Jeezzzz... lol that was ridiculous but it was all user error. Thanks so much guys for helping. I just got it out in the garage for about 3 minutes and hovered it. Thing was LOUD! lol so I decided to wait until tomorrow where I could get in some open area and let it drift...

I can't get the transmitter to talk to the receiver. I plugged it in and just turned on the transmitter and nothing. I ran It through the openpilot wizard and it shows the stick movements right on the transmitter in the software but when I turn on the quad and the transmitter nothing happens...

so do I turn it on now or do I have to do the openpilot software config for the flight controller?
