My goal is something like the turbo ace matrix with fpv, gimbal and gopro. The matrix has a pretty high cool factor and I would love to get the kit. Just getting into FPV now so I have a little ways to go before I step up to a bigger quad.

Did you bind the receiver to the radio? With my spektrum there is a procedure to bind the radio and receiver so the receiver only takes commands from your radio. I assume futabas are similar but have never used one.

Most builds can easily handle a go pro camera providing its not a really small quad. They make a frame called a flame wheel 450 and there are plenty of cheap (450) clones as well that would be suitable for what you want. You would have to select the proper size motors, props and ESC's but so...
