Hi mate As a newb myself, I would suggest getting a frame with a power distribution board built in. Saves so much hassle. I have a diatone 250 glass fibre frame. Tried a flip with it yesterday and drove it full throttle into the ground lol. All I did was broke a prop. Very good frame in my opinion

Ha ha I don't know. He always says it's scary when he flies it as the cost of repair is too much. Although the biggest problem he has is sourcing the replacement parts. Not very easy to do in the UK.

My dad bought the fatshark v4's. He uses them on his Curtis Youngblood stingray quad copter. Although I have now got him into the 250 racer scene. He's been flying helicopters for nearly 20 years now lol

I did think about getting the £99 kit, but it seemed a little too cheap. I think I may end up getting the fatshark set.

Ha ha, yeah, erm. I really don't know. I spend ALL my spare time trawling through the Internet, watching videos, reading threads on here and just have no idea. The main things I would like is altitude, distance from myself ( or transmitter ), speed and battery levels I guess. Is all that possible?

The cheapest I've seen for fat shark in the UK is £199.99. But the camera is so small and it comes with the transmitter built in on the back of the camera, which I didn't want. I've been told that the go pro camera will do both live fpv and recording at the same time, is this true?

I re flashed both with base flight and still get the same problem with both boards

The fcb that doesn't work with my transmitter, in using spektrum gear. And the other board, just won't spin up motor 4. They are both using open flight.
