This is a new Echine that I have never flown. When I throttle up mostly only the front two motors spin. Here is a video of my setting and problem. Thanks for any help!

It will light up with USB. In the picture you will see it has 4.92 volt going to it? Is that close enough or should it be at least 5v? Thanks
