ok so If Im in angle mode with my motor running with no throttle will It allow me to flip or will it only alow me to lean only?

depends on what your angle is set too, but generally no and I would strongly advise against trying.

By default in CF and BF, you're limited to 40 degrees roll. Don't know about pitch but it's probably the same. If you use horizon mode, flight characteristics are similar but your pitch and roll are unlimited. That's why some freestyle guys use horizon

I'd suggest Airmode and horizon perhaps.

Horizon is like angle mode until the roll or pitch are near the end of the stick movements, then it becomes like rate mode.
