so I crashed into a chain link fence. (not hard at all) tryed to take off and nothing. so Im wondering if I could recalibrate my IMU. Qx95 is the drone in question.

First things first: Do a thorough inspection of the quad, taking a good look at everything.
Just because the part is still on the quad doesn't mean it might not be broken.

Also gently tug on all the wires to be sure no connections got broken (with the quad unplugged of course)
If by "the antenna" you mean the VTX's then yes, it's possible. Unscrew the connector and look for a broken center pin
on either the TX or it's mating connector (although that wouldn't have anything to do with the quad not arming) if that
antenna doesn't have a good connection it WILL fry your VTX. It's highly unlikely the RX antenna is the problem.

Plugging the quad into your software (Betaflight, Cleanflight, Libre, etc) can also help to troubleshoot what's wrong.

The soldering for that center wire looks a little sketchy ... carefully pick at it a little bit and make sure it's got a good connection, if you can lift it off from that solder then it's not good ... if you can solder you want to make that connection look a bit more like the other one that's connecting the outer shield around that same wire (But do not let either of those soldered areas touch otherwise you're shorting out the VTX).

None of this has anything to do with the quad not arming, but it's still important so that nothing else get fried.
Check all the wire connections between the RX and FC too, THAT's possibly where the arming problem may be.
