What are the different types of mini drones?

Question is too vague. A mini quad (we don't like the "D" word) can be anything from 50mm to 250mm, brushed or brushless motors, equipped with fpv or not........ Are you looking for advice on what to buy? If so, do you have any experience flying? What's your budget and what do you want to use it for?

I've got a mini quad so small you need to pin a streamer on it just to know where it is.

This is a mini quad from "Propel." Doesn't cost much but flies quite nicely. No altitude hold or any such as that. Looses and breaks propellers easily, so get yourself a couple "free" sets from their web site. It came from Wal*Mart toy section.

I have a friend that says he has a quadcopter that runs on the left over caffeine from used coffee grounds. I told him that he is probably drinking too much coffee and needs to slow down on his stupidity. He agreed.

Na, he just has to reverse the polarity of the neutron flow.
