I am finally building my first quad after flying pre built and configure ones, but i have no idea which flight controller. so far i have looked at

openpilot
MultiWii Pro
DJI Naza
and a couple of hobby kings.

What i would like to be able to do is add gps hold at a later date and also be easy to setup and configure, fine tune etc.

any help is much appreciated

I've flown KK2, OpenPilot, and Naza M-Lite. I would suggest the Naza board. It's the most refined and ready to go with the most flight assistance type features. I have a CC3d Open Pilot board and it's very stable, but the flying is mostly manual. I think the Revo board or whatever else they might have out now has a lot more features than the CC3d, but I'm not 100% without looking at the site. Are they even in stock now?

MultiWii and Arducopter stuff seems to have a lot of features for the price, but I have no experience with those.

Hi mm. I have a Kk 2.1.5 flight controller but it is not useful and i cannot set the PI values correctly. Now i wanna try Openpilot Cc3d or Dji naza m v2. Which one is more useful about using manuel. I don't want gps module for now. Which one do you suggest?

Naza is a good controller. I also would recommend the tarot zyx-m. I have been flying on my hex and it seems to be solid, and will save you some money too.

Hi mate the KK is not that hard to set up once you know how ,I can help you if you like , but is you want another board i would go for the Naza lite or if you have the money the NazaM full the failsafes are really good and do fly well from the box , the naze32 is good but canted be used on any thing DJI inc frames as the guy who made the naze hates DJI
I fly a 700mm on the KK2.1.5 and flies well also a Phantom on the NazaM , the others can be a pain to set up and have a forum just for that FCB as they can be so hard to trouble shoot

You should try a zyx- m holtneil if you have a chance. It is just as easy as the naza to setup and so far is a solid controller for much less :)

Yep. Return to home (the height can be adjusted unlike the naza), Point of Interest, and Position Hold (accuracy is the same as dji a2 for ph)

if i send a video about I set up some values on the Kk board, can you help me? I have never flight it up. I changed values two times and it toppled toward the back and left.

Hi we can help but need as much info as possible the KK is stable on default settings the P and I are gains for the gyros , normal if it wont take off its motor or props wrong some photos of the quad may help too
If you have the standard hobby king firmware its not good your need to reflash with steveis1.8s1pro so your need the flash tool
