Batteries & Mah

Just waiting the delivery of my new Walkere F210 3D Racing drone w/FPV. Now it's time to buy batteries, many, many batteries.
Stock battery is according to Spec (pg 4 of quick start guide) is a (14.8V 1300 mah 40C 4S LiPo)
page 18 of the same guide under "charging the battery" it shows charging the battery using a GA-009 balance charger with a 11.1V 3S battery ??

Also what effect does a higher mah value have, will it give me more FT, cook the motherboard, run to hot?

Anyone have one of these drones, if so what is the real battery included with the RTF package?
Just wanted to get a jump on buying some batteries before the delivery date, it will suck only having 8 minutes of Terror !!!!!!

Any help appreciated

Thanks, been reading a little bit about them, I have an option to get some Tattu 14.8V 1300 mah 4S 75C batteries, the stock battery is a 40C, what I have been reading is the 75C provides more punch with around the same flight time. Just want to make sure I do no harm by using them, am I correct in understanding that the 75C is the discharge rate ? Does that mean the battery will run hotter than the 40C?
