Hey there

I recently bought this drone. Everything seems to be working ok, however when I hit the record button...the word "record" flashes on the screen, but as best I can tell its not recording. Online I have seen that a red dot typically will appear to indicate it is recording....and more telling nothing is telling shows up on my SD card.

Any thoughts on what I am doing wrong?

I had a similar issue with mine. It will flash record then show a timer counting up in seconds to show how long it has been recording. Hubsan support helped me as my SanDisk 32GB SD card wasnt formatted correctly. You must not put anything in the volume label and must set the unit allocation to 32KB. Also format in FAT32. Once I had done that, mine worked brilliantly. Hope this helps
 
Having the same problem. I tried using an sd card I had from something else and I get a couple seconds of video, still pics are ok. Heading to wally world shortly to get a class 10, that's what everyone is saying the problem is.
