KK 2.1.5 flight control board auto disarms.

Whenever i try to arm the kk 2.1.5 flight control board by moving down the throttle and then towards the right it says armed. But after that when I try to give a little throttle the kk board auto-disarms itself. What could be the reason?
Wiring of all the receiver, board and motors are in the correct manner, throttle end points are also between the range of 0-100.

Jackson .. I have the same problem too when I increase the throttle with out props motors spin correctly even at full throttle but when I increase the throttle with props.on motor kk board suddenly disarm at 25% throttle so plz help me
 
That sounds like a voltage problem try and power the kk on its own to see if it stops it
the motors with prop will pull a lot more amps
Can you power the kk from a bec not the one built in the esc
Make sure the esc is high enough to take the amps this may be cutting the bec out shutting the kk down in to its failsafe mode
 
The bec is the battery eliminator circuit some escs have them afro don't have them
It gives out 5 volt to power receiver or fcb this may be failing and cutting out the kk
You may be able to test by powering one motor and prop at a time start with motor and prop 1 then if all OK add motor 2 if you get to motor 4 and the kk cuts out then it is a power problem 30 amp esc should be powerful enough . this is what makes me think the bec is not man enough or has a fault
You can swap the esc on motor 1 to another motor as only the bec in esc to motor 1 powers the kk so you should pull the red wire on the other 3 escs
 
bro same problem as above i'm changed the esc from one motor to another motor and i removed the 3 escs red wires still its auto disarming in kk2.1.5 flight control.(can i connect direct 5v input to the flight controller ?)
