Need help as a beginer, in balancing the drone

Hi, every body I a beginner in building drones. I faced a lot of problems that I've managed to solve, till it came to this one which is....
My quad x configuration is 4 930kv motors, 30 amp hobby king esc , multiwii v2.1. My problem is that motors D2 & D3 start together before D5 & D6 at throttle 1100 after I speed up to 1400 all motors is running. Please guys help me.

They will not all always start at the same time. I had this same though process when I first started.

Try the below.
- Calibrate the escs
- Calibrate the flight controller
