Crap, thought it was the same as R9D but it's spektrum. That's weird. Still need to know what flight controller you have though. CC3D?

Is there any way for me to find out? I dont think it says on it.. Is there a certain characteristic? I have no idea...
 
There should be some kind of logo or name on it somewhere. Can you post a pic? Or connect to Librepilot or whatever software you have downloaded and it should tell you what board it is and what firmware is flashed on it.

Try ch 9 for the SBus port on the RX. The horizontal one on the bottom.

Back to a previous post, now that you have an R9D, have you switched it to sBus mode with the led changed from red to blue/violet?
 
Hi guys am i missing something the link is not for a FCB its for a FPV camera transmitter board
This is NOT a FCB it will power a FCB , so the quad will not fly on this you need a KK, nase32 , tarot m etc

He said "I pulled a dsmx spektrum reciever off it". Do the Spektrum RXs have SBus?
 
Hi I think the fcb was taken off the receiver was left on
The link is for a FPV power board it will give power to ESCS, camera ,FCB , receiver but it's not a FCB
I will check again but I am sure it's just a power board
 
OK I checked again this is just a power board
So where is the FCB if this all that's fitted the FCB is missing and this is why it wont arm or fly it is not a Flight Control Board

You need to be very careful you don't short some thing out and have a mini fire
So now you need to buy a FCB to go with the receiver you want to use
Some Spektrum receivers run Sbus .but if you want to use Spektrum get a FCB that will run off a sat receiver
 
Its double layered. The "board" and my esc's all run to it. The matek is the bottom board.the 3 wires which i believe is sbus run to both top and bottom board. I dont have a working computer to hook it up to.
 
If you watch the video i posted earlier in the convo i think you can see the double stacked boards. Idk what to do. I thank you all for the help!
 
Hi I cant see what wire need to run to both boards
Ok power board to ESC power wires
Bec from power board to Receiver
Receiver to the FCB Sbus or normal wires
ESC servo wires to FCB

thats it other than FPV wiring
