Prefered quad rx to bind with my Dx7?

I am ordering a eachine x220 wizard. What is the preferred dsm2(i have the older model dx7) rx to go in quads? Whether it be a spektrum or Orange rx. Thank you for any and all help!

I was reading a thread earlier about ppm vs sbus. Is that something I should worry about at this time? Would I even be equipped for sbus?

Will my basic park flyer rx's from my foam planes work in a quad? I can't remember if they had a ppm slot or not. What makes a rx set for a quad?
