quadcopter no fly

My quadcopter kit not fly!! I try everything . I don't know what I can do. I use the reptile 500 30 A ESC APM 2.6 FLYSKY 6CH transmitter reicever 2200 mah 11.1V battery I armed with misiion planner .And my motors some is spin and some is not spin! what I have to do? I am in very terrible filling . I have to present this as a project . And also I want to put ultrasonic sensors for avoidance system..But with no fly how to do the other thinks ... Plsss help me I have 28 days to fix it!!!!

is it my wiring?
is it my transmitter?
is it the mission planner?

note: at this time I use 2 different kind of esc but 30A
 
can I restart all agan from zero and start again the calibration?is it my calibrations wrong?that why?
is it the radio calibration wrong?
 
The very first thing I would do is try 4 of the same ESCs. The fact that some of your motors spin and some don't makes me suspicious.
