Hi everyone,
I'm trying to learn more about my quadcopter besides just flying it. I was curious is there a way to find the specs for the motors, props, etc. I havent tried looking up stuff for the motors yet but I have tried looking for the props and havent been able to find the info I want. Specifically blade pitch and length and speed. I can obviously measure the length but I dont have a lot of experience with blade pitch. Is there a good way to measure it? Basically I'm trying to learn more so I can do my own build one of these days and I wanna learn more about the science behind how they work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
 
I think you are just spinning your wheels. There is nothing to be learned from the X5 that will translate or help you if you ever decide to move up to hobby grade. Everything is basically is different.

This will be much more helpful if you wanna learn how to build, as are all his vids.

 
Ok thanks, I wasn't sure about how much there was to learn about these things. Like I said I'm still new to all this. I'm sure I will have plenty more questions as I gain experience. So far everyone here has been very helpful.
