unable to to arm in Loiter!!!

hi all,

not sure whats changed but I'm now unable to arm my Apm in loiter mode, previously worked fine? has anyone else experienced this? and how to i sort it out?

i reinstalled the firmware through mission planner but nothing has changed. loiter works once quad is armed and flying, but i believe it needs to be armed from the start to RTL.

yes I have Gps lock, just incase anyone was to ask.

Whenver I have an arming issue, I use Mission Planner to help me out. I will take a laptop outside, plug in a telemetry transceiver into the laptop's USB port and connect to the aircraft in M.P. then when I attempt to arm, I can find out what the problem is.
